We’ll issue an RMA number and return instructions.
Ship the product back using the original packaging (see “Packaging” below).
Return window: Request within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Lightly used is fine; please return clean, with all parts, accessories, and manuals.
Packaging: Use the original packaging/foam to prevent damage in transit.
Shipping costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Damage in transit: You are responsible for packaging the unit properly; damage due to poor packing may reduce the refund.
Non-returnable items: Consumables and damaged/missing components not due to shipping may be deducted.
Once received and inspected (typically 3–5 business days), refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We’ll email you when your refund has been processed.
Depending on your bank/card, it may take 3–10 business days to appear.

Smart Sifters warrants the Smart Sifter Pro against defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery.
