How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@smartsifters.com (or call/text 800-479-1599) within 30 days of delivery.

  2. We’ll issue an RMA number and return instructions.

  3. Ship the product back using the original packaging (see “Packaging” below).

 

Conditions

  • Return window: Request within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Lightly used is fine; please return clean, with all parts, accessories, and manuals.

  • Packaging: Use the original packaging/foam to prevent damage in transit.

  • Shipping costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Damage in transit: You are responsible for packaging the unit properly; damage due to poor packing may reduce the refund.

  • Non-returnable items: Consumables and damaged/missing components not due to shipping may be deducted.

 

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected (typically 3–5 business days), refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • We’ll email you when your refund has been processed.

  • Depending on your bank/card, it may take 3–10 business days to appear.

 

Exchanges

Want to swap models or accessories? Contact us—we’re happy to help arrange an exchange.

 

Shipping Back

  • We’ll share the return address and any required labels with your RMA.

  • For your protection, use an insured, trackable shipping service and keep your receipt.

 

 

1-Year Warranty Policy

Smart Sifters warrants the Smart Sifter Pro against defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery.

  • Coverage: Defective parts only. Labor and wear items are not included.
  • Process: Contact Smart Sifters at info@smartsifters.com or 800-479-1599 if an issue arises.
  • Determination: We will work with you to troubleshoot and confirm if a part is defective.
  • Resolution: A replacement part will be shipped. An RMA will be issued for the defective part if we need it returned.
  • Exceptions: Some parts may not need to be returned; Smart Sifters will advise case by case.
  • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
